A Little About Our Founders

Sunny

Project Manager

Sunny is a Partner and Project Manager with Dema Developments. Sunny brings over 15 years of residential building experience. He started his first custom residential home project in 2006 under the guidance of a well-known and experienced builder. Sunny quickly became passionate with the construction industry and wanted to become a one stop shop for people building their dream homes. He pays special attention to even the smallest detail as if it’s his own. Each home is built keeping in mind the greatest care of the families which will live in it. Over the years, Sunny has accumulated a team of highly skilled tradesmen ensuring projects run smoothly and time efficiently. Having a dedicated team of tradesmen, project after project helps ensure that Dema Developments not only stay on budget but are able to meet appropriate timelines.

 

Sachan

Construction Manager

Sachan is a Partner and Construction Manager for Dema Developments. In 2006 Sachan attended BCIT to receive his diploma in Architecture and Building Engineering. After graduation, he received a job with Stantec Architecture, a globally recognized firm. At Stantec, he had the position of Architectural Technologist, and was part of the design team for the YVR Airport Expansion. After working at Stantec, he moved on to a more senior role with Westbank Developments as a Project Coordinator. During his time with Westbank, he worked full time on the construction management of the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel. With it being one of the most prestigious and expensive buildings in Downtown Vancouver, he had to ensure it was built with the highest quality and craftsmanship. Sachan discovered a passion for new construction, which led him to partner up with Sunny to start Dema Developments. His creativity and passion are shown in each of the finished projects.
